Responsibilities:
- Receives incoming phone calls for LBS Parts Call Center and fills customer’s needs for parts by converting leads into sales, providing quotes, obtaining orders, and communicating terms through a relationship-based approach.
Minimum Requirements of the position are:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Minimum of three (3) years parts sales and/or parts warehouse experience.
- Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and related departmental and inventory software.
