Women TIES Mohawk Valley Event: "Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone in Business, Writing and Sports"

Halfway through the year is the perfect chance to stop and take inventory of what challenges you have taken so far. Many of us make promises to change how we conduct certain entrepreneurial habits, to start a book that has been written in our mind forever, or take big challenges like trying new sports or activities to get fitter and energized. Rome native and 30-year woman entrepreneur, Tracy Chamberlain Higginbotham, President of Women TIES, LLC and the Women's Athletic Network will share her insight on all three of these topics and create a conversation around being 'undaunted'. Tracy's latest story will appear in another Chicken Soup for the Soul book, this one entitled "Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone," being released in July. Her story sheds light on a new life goal of trying every sport once and having women join her along the way. Chamberlain Higginbotham's parents were physical education teachers and coaches in Rome, New York, and inspired her athletic and entrepreneurial spirits. This meeting is open for women of all backgrounds especially women entrepreneurs, women in business, females in sports, or women looking to be inspired to get out of their comfort zones in other areas of their lives.
