Rome Historical Society to Reopen Museum On Saturday April 6th at 10:30am Rome Historical Society invites the community to a ceremonial re-opening of their Museum at 200 Church St. Rome NY. Following brief remarks out front, the museum will be opened, and all in attendance will be invited inside to tour the exhibits and re-acquaint themselves with all RHS has to offer. After 18 months by appointment only, RHS is pleased to re-open our local history museum to the public, with regular weekly hours: Thursday and Friday 9:30-4:30, Saturday 10:30-3:30. In addition to touring the museum, this event will offer attendees the opportunity to meet Rome Historical Society’s new Museum Manager, Colin Havener, as well as Trustees who will be available to answer questions you may have about RHS. Please join us as we celebrate the re-opening of this beloved community institution!
