Delta Lake Triathlon

Welcome to Rome, NY, and the scenic and lovely 720-acre Delta Lake State Park. Produced by Wilson Endurance Sports in cooperation with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation - Central Region. Sprint & Olympic Triathlon & AquaBike Feeling really ambitious? Do the Delta Double! Race the Sprint Tri and get back to the starting line in time to race the Olympic Tri. Start with a 750m swim followed by a moderate hilly 10.7 mile bike ride outside of the Park followed by a 5K run all within the grounds of the State Park with a finish right next to the lake. The Olympic participants will complete 2 loops of each course. Paratriathletes are welcome! Participants in the AquaBike competition will complete their event after the bike. There are no relay team entries for the AquaBike. NO CUT-OFF TIMES FOR ANY OF OUR EVENTS!
