Description
Before the 130 year old De-0-Wain-Sta marker is installed at its new home, beneath the eagle on West Dominick St., in June, there will be a "Mock Dedication" at the Rome Historical Society. This event will include an original video production commissioned by the Fort Stanwix Chapter, NSDAR and produced by Austin Olney, which tells the story of this stunning bronze first given to the city on June 30, 1905. The bronze depicts, in bas relief, the story of the Oneida Carry.
