Blueberry Brook Farm and Resort invites the public to learn more about its new off-site Leadership Development Expedition Experiences, from 10 a.m. to Noon, Monday, May 19 at 6827 Van Hyning Rd. Deansboro, NY 13328. In partnership with Daneli Partners, a leadership development and executive coaching firm based in Little Falls, NY, guests will see how the new Leadership Expedition Experiences can help individuals and teams foster strategic discussions, develop leadership skills, gain clarity, and deeper connections, all while surrounded by the rejuvenating beauty of the Resort. The Leadership Expeditions are offered year-round, with programming for individuals, leadership teams, and executive groups. “Leadership requires space to breathe, think, and dream big,” said Dan Williams, CEO and Owner of Blueberry Brook Farm and Resort. “Blueberry Brook Farm and Resort is where leaders come to get out of the weeds and start building something that lasts. These immersive retreats blend strategy with nature, offering clarity, renewal, and a truly unique experience.” The Open House will feature a guided tour of the Farm and Resort, followed by a workshop led by Daneli Partners on current workforce trends and their implications for organizational leadership. Daneli Partners will also highlight Leadership Expedition programs. Guests will enjoy complimentary blueberry scones and coffee. The Leadership Expedition experiences allow individuals and businesses to customize their experiences by choosing from three leadership development programs: Seeds of Leadership, Roots of Leadership, and Dream Achievers: The Ascent. The programs will be led by experts from Daneli Partners onsite at Blueberry Brook Farm and Resort. The Expeditions also include overnight accommodations at the Resort, meals, access to amenities, and add-on services. The offsite includes plenty of time for reflection and relaxation.
